Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Palm Beach Cleaning LLC.


Services We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and booking platforms. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.


Scheduling & Cancellation Policy Appointments must be scheduled in advance.


For residential cleaning, if you cancel on the same day of the scheduled service, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged because we have reserved that time specifically for your cleaning.

For commercial cleaning, if you are under a service contract and need to cancel unexpectedly, we will do our best to reschedule your service for the following day whenever possible.


To avoid cancellation fees, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.


Payments All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and other approved methods.


Liability Palm Beach Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed before the cleaning. Please secure valuables and notify us of fragile items prior to service.


Modifications We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
